Yukgaejang making ingredients:
- Beef brisket section 300 grm
- Meat stew sauce 7 glasses
- Grm 150 bean sprouts (boiled briefly)
- Ferns 100 grm (cut approximately 10 cm)
- 1 red pepper (sliced menyerong)
- Oyster Mushrooms 100 grm (shredded-shred)
- 1 piece green chilies (sliced menyerong)
- 2 sprigs chives (slices)
- Onions 50 grm (slices)
Seasoning for Vegetable ingredients:
- ½ TSP ground pepper
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder
- Garlic 30 grm
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp chili oil
The ingredients for the marinade marinade:
- Chili pepper 1 tsp
- 3 tbsp soy sauce (for soup)
- 1 tbsp garlic (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp red chili powder
- ½ TSP pepper powder
- Taujo red chilli to taste
Other seasoning ingredients:
- Fine salt 1 tsp
- Soy sauce for the soup 1 tbsp
How To Make Dish Yukgaejang Ala Korea:
- Beef that's been cleared first and then boiled water for 40 minutes or until cooked, lift up and then strain the broth
- Meat that is ripe and then thin slices then set aside
- Next combine all ingredients for the marinade marinade until evenly
- Gravy seasoning ingredients already added then plus shredded mushrooms, ferns, sliced scallions and bean sprouts already stewed, stir again until evenly
- All gravy seasoning mix then ditumiskan until fragrant matured and then pour gravy, stir and leave to marinade to a boil
- After boiling the dishes and put the sliced meat with sliced onions, then stir again and cook for a bit
