Salad Of Cucumbers, Japan - This Cucumber Salad Recipe inspired from Japan with a simple creation process. Salad made from cucumber and sesame seeds. It tastes a little sweet sour.
Cucumbers contain a lot of water. The content of enzimnya called erepsin can help the body digest the protein. Cucumbers also contains potassium, magnesium, and fiber that may help keep blood pressure stable.
The sesame seeds blended in this salad, has been through the process of roasted (about 2 minutes) over low heat until lightly browned and fragrant.

Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers, sliced thin
- 50 ml vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, roasted
How to make:
- Combine the vinegar, sugar and salt, stirring until well blended and sugar and salt dissolve.
- Add the cucumber and sesame seeds, stir well.
