How to make Pad Thai (noodles Fried Thailand) - Never tried the food of Thailand? One of Thailand's famous food is Pad thai, a kind of fried noodles with different seasonings. Want to try making it yourself? This is her recipe.

Materials:

  • 300 gr/1bungkus dry noodle
  • 200 gr peeled shrimp
  • 100 gr chicken meat, cut into small pieces
  • 200 grams of bean sprouts that are already cleaned
  • 4 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

  • 3 tbsp tamarind water

  • 5 tbsp soy sauce

How to Cook:

  • Boil water and cook noodles until done. Drain, and mix with 1 tablespoon oil.
  • Saute garlic and onion until fragrant.

  • Stir in leeks/chives, tamarind water, sugar and soy sauce. Mix well.
  • Stir in noodles and bean sprouts, mix well. Cook until seasoning infuse and noodles dry.
