Banyumas Soto Sokaraja Original Recipe - Not only the town of Lamongan and Madura are famous for sotonya, but who would have thought if Banyumas soto types also have a no less delicious. Ingredients:
- 500 grams of Meat sengkel

Peanut Sauce Ingredients:
- 150 grams peanuts, deep fried and mashed

- 2 tsp tamarind water
- 2 tbsp oil for sautéing
- 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
Complement:
- 200 grams glass noodles brewed
- 200 grams of bean sprouts bean sprouts short or regular
- 100 gram crackers, broken in pieces
- 2 stalks green onion sliced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- Fried red onion, to taste
How To Make:
- Boil the meat until it is cooked. Cut into cubes. Strain the water and grab the water decoction of kaldunya and then add water to 2 ltr. Boil again.
